Drop Off Procedures -
Please do not mail or email any documents until you have received directions after calling about availability.
DO not mail/e-mail current or prior year returns with your documents unless directed to in your appointment call.
We will only be doing drop offs by appointments with e-mail or mailed documents at this time due to COVID19.
DROP OFF Process:
Due to demands we are only doing a limited number of drop-offs.
Step 1: download the drop off agreement – fill in your info
Step 2: download the intake & interview sheet (we only need the first 3 pages filled out)
Step 3: review the “What to bring” list for the documents you need to send copies of to have your return completed.
Do not send prior year return until we ask for it.
Step 4: either scan or take pictures of the documents you have from the “What to bring” list along with the filled out drop off agreement & intake sheets.
Step 5: Follow the steps on the GET MY REFUND site as you fill out the online intake and interview forms and upload those scans or pictures as attachments to the GET MY REFUND website. IF you cannot fill out the information and upload your documents on the GET MY REFUND website, call us for a drop-off appointment, and directions for sending us your forms.
mail copies of all requested documents ONLY AFTER getting directions to do so.
Step 6: Do not mail originals except one copy of any 1099s and W-2s. NO TAX DOCUMENTS WILL BE RETURNED. So, PLEASE NEVER mail original tax documents unless instructed to.
